Christophe has led the Code Engine Studio team since its founding in 2014 and brings more than 17 years of industry experience to our clients and team. He’s a natural strategist that loves problem solving and is always looking for efficient and creative solutions. His precise attention to detail and drive for continual improvement sets a high standard for our team’s work, but it’s his cultivation of our work environment where people are challenged, nurtured, loved and give back to those in need that makes our company culture so unique. A lifelong explorer, he’s traveled to more than 45 countries and loves to engage with new ideas and people through reading and games.
Steve Choi
Steve is a hardworking leader who excels at identifying areas of need and setting strategies in motion to deliver great results. One of the keys to his effectiveness is his practice of stepping back to see through the eyes of our team and those of the clients. Steve has acquired a broad range of knowledge during his more than 20 years in the industry—most notably, how to teach adaptability and coach continual improvements to optimize client results and evolve members of our team. He’s a fan of movies and reading and enjoys fishing and BBQing.

Sakura has led the Code Engine Studio team since the company’s founding in 2014 and brings more than 15 years of industry experience to our clients and team. Keenly intuitive, Sakura is a talented teacher and coach who is dedicated to fostering an environment of belonging and growth at Code Engine Studio. Her ability to quickly tap into the possibilities within every person and every project enables her to drive refinement and innovation in all that we do. She delights in cooking, traveling and spending time with her children.

Lan is naturally empathetic and an excellent listener which is evident in her client communications and in her ability to quickly understand project needs and pain points. These traits, her 9 years of industry experience, and her focus on critical thinking enable her to present clients with the very best options and solutions. From her extensive international travels, Lan has developed global insights which she invests into our team and client projects. In addition to travel, Lan has many hobbies, including sewing, upcycling plastic bottles into DIY projects, reading, watching dramas, and of course eating out.

Tien brings a proactive, dedicated and solution-oriented mindset to everything she does at Code Engine Studio. Always pushing herself and her team to grow, she serves others and keeps everyone together and motivated on the tasks at hand. Throughout her 12 years of industry experience, she has built a reputation as someone who goes beyond her work as a project manager in helping clients and team members to achieve their goals. Also a devoted mother, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting and listening to music.
Truong Vu
Truong is a tireless software leader with more than 12 years of industry experience who stays on top of every project and pushes his team to be the best they can be. Never willing to settle for mediocrity, he always self-reflects on his processes and how to improve for the future. Holding his team to the same standard, he teaches them to find growth through difficulty and improve from what they’ve learned. He loves to travel and to play sports, especially soccer.

Maressa is an energetic and solution-focused Manager in the HR team at Code Engine Studio. She’s dedicated to solving problems and helping her team grow professionally. Her Brazilian background and love for different cultures bring a lively energy to the team. Maressa aims to create a work environment where all employees have the opportunity to grow, be cared for, and flourish. She enjoys guiding her team’s development and helping them reach their full potential. Outside of work, she values her married life and spends quality time with her partner. She finds happiness in cooking for friends, singing, and spending time with Vietnamese friends.
